Scientific questions help us investigate phenomena. The word phenomena means things in nature that can be observed that may be unusual or difficult to explain.
Good scientific questions are:
Testable:
"Will small bean seeds will produce smaller bean shoots than larger seeds?"
Measurable: centimeters of bean height after two weeks.
Comparable: one set of small bean seeds compared with another set of large ones. Both are the same bean type.
