Hike for ID badges

Take a hike and use an app called Seek to identify plants and animals in your area. Seek is a safe program run for kids by iNaturalist. Seek uses ai to identify organisms photographed on Android devices and iPhones.

You can earn ID badges using Seek!

Seek does not require registration and does not collect user data. Seek only collects general location information, so respects family privacy. Precise location data is not stored by Seek. 

iNaturalist is a separate app for grown-up citizen scientists that gathers precise location data with nature photographs, and each photograph is attributed to the registered user and linked to the user's profile.
